Tax Relief in [CITY]

Representation when the IRS or your state has your attention.

An Enrolled Agent is federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. That means you do not have to manage the correspondence, deadlines or conversations alone.

What an Enrolled Agent can do

Federally authorized representation, from first notice to resolution.

The Enrolled Agent credential is granted by the Internal Revenue Service and carries unlimited practice rights: an EA may represent any taxpayer, on any tax matter, before any IRS office. Eliseé P. Paul uses that authority to communicate with the IRS on your behalf, review what the agency actually has on file, and explain the resolution options that realistically apply to your circumstances.

Tax matters commonly reviewed

The following matters may be addressed, subject to confirmation once your facts and documents are reviewed:

  • IRS notices and correspondence
  • Back tax assistance
  • Unfiled tax returns
  • Installment agreement assistance
  • Offer in Compromise evaluation
  • Tax lien and levy matters
  • Wage garnishment concerns
  • Penalty abatement requests
  • Payroll tax matters
  • Audit support and representation
  • State tax concerns
  • Tax resolution strategy

How the evaluation works

A tax case evaluation is a structured conversation. Eliseé reviews the notices you have received, identifies missing filings, confirms the periods in question, and outlines which programs or procedures may be available to evaluate and explore available resolution options. You will hear what is likely, what is uncertain, and what will be required from you.

What we will never tell you

There are no guaranteed settlements, no "pennies on the dollar" promises, no automatic penalty removal, no promised savings figures and no assurance that an Offer in Compromise will be accepted. Eligibility and outcomes depend on your income, assets, expenses, compliance history and applicable law.

Tax outcomes depend on individual facts and applicable law. Enrolled Agent status is a credential awarded by the IRS and is not an endorsement of any result. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of resolution, settlement or savings.
